In what episode does Ace die?

Ace dies in the 482 and 483 episodes of One Piece. “Fire Fist Ace Dies on the Battlefield” was the title of this episode. This event happened during the Marineford Arc. He was defeated by the far stronger Admiral Akainu of the Marines.

How did Ace Die In One Piece?

Ace becomes closer to his death when he decides to punish Marchal D. Teach, Alias Blackbeard. As Blackbeard killed one of his friends and his act was unforgivable for Ace on the pirate ship. Unfortunately, Ace lost in combat, and after that Blackbeard surrendered him to the marines and earned the title of Warlord. After this event, the world government stated that Ace will be publicly executed in Marine Ford which sparks the deadliest battle in the history of One Piece.

Many pirates lost their lives to save a life. They lost many times and faced many betrayals. Eventually, Ace was released from his restraints but he lost his life while saving Luffy from Akainu’s volcanic fist. Ace jumped in front of Luffyto shield him from Akainu’s fist to save him. His fist pierced his chest and made a hole. Ace has fainted with the action of Akainu as the result he became the most despised character among One Piece fans. 

Akainu murdered Ace and also played a huge role in the assassination of Whitebeard. 

How impactful is Ace’s Death in One Piece?

Seeing your favorite character dying in any anime series is always painful. In the case of Ace, everyone thought that he would live long to fight with Whitebeard Pirates and Luffy in the future. On the other hand, Oda executes Ace. However, One Piece is known for its excellent story and other fantastic things, not for killing your favorite characters. In One Piece, the relationship between Whitebeard and his family is always portrayed as a sensitive part. Whitebeard lost his sons on the battlefield during the fight. Whitebeard’s situation is more tragic than the death of Ace, who was his only hope. 

On the other hand, Ace’s death was necessary for the growth of other characters of One Piece. However, One Piece will remind you of Ace very often. In Wano, you will always see a glimpse of your favorite character Ace.
